Typically our customer support service is available during
business hours, with an out of hours service available, if
appropriate
Logging and tracking issues
Our customers can log issues in a number of ways including email
and telephone or by using the online eLog service management
tool.
The System Associates' eLog system also allows our
customers to track their issues online, right through to
resolution.
