Flexible agreements
Our Operational Services Agreements are extremely flexible. We can provide a contract that will deliver all the services you need to support your delivered solution.
Whether you require interim support while your own staff are trained or you want to outsource specific functions, then we can deliver a suitable, cost effective and specific solution to meet your needs.
Our standard support hours are 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. During these support hours, we respond to all the issues raised by our customers.
We also deliver a monthly Progress Report to customers, detailing any incidents not yet formally closed.
