System Associates offers a wide variety of customer support services, tailoring our support contracts and Service Level Agreements to our customer's individual needs.
Typically our customer support service is available 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Logging and tracking issues
Our customers can log issues in a number of ways including email, telephone, fax or by using the online eLog service management tool.
The System Associates developed eLog system also allows our customers to track their issues online, right through to the point when they are resolved.

Our Service Management processes are underpinned by IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice, our Service Management ethos is both pragmatic and flexible and we always aim to deliver the very best in customer service.
