Our approach
We use best practice and industry standard methodologies in our approach to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality. Our project teams use Prince2 methodology, the de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and both the UK and international private sector.
Software engineering is typically developed according to Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) standards. We are, however, happy to discuss the choice of methodologies in more detail and tailor them as appropriate to suit each client or project.
