Our ethos

We believe that the delivery of good service requires a holistic approach that includes all stakeholders. Often issues have roots in a combination of technology, training and working practices and a positive outcome can only be achieved by analysing all three. Regular client meetings, backed by diligent reporting, ensure that issues are always discussed and our clients are also welcome to arrange to visit us at any time.

Government track record

With a strong track record of working with Government organisations, we understand and can advise on the guidelines and standards to which eGovernment projects must comply. Our projects comply with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Website Accessibility Initiative (WAI) standards, as well as actively supporting Government directives such as eGIF, eGMS, the Disability Discrimination Act, the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act.

Staff welfare

The welfare of our staff is very important to us at System Associates and thanks to our commitment to a strong training programme, the company was recognised as an Investor in People in 2004.

Over half of System Associates employees have been with the company since its inception and the average length of service is 4 years. We have an inclusive management style, we ensure that staff are always up to speed on company activities and our salaries are between 5 to 10 per cent above the average for our industry.

Environmental policy

We are passionate about the environment and have undertaken a number of initiatives to reduce our environmental impact, including offsetting all our carbon emissions relating to the company premises and commuting.
